KBZ Pay is a mobile pay wallet app managed and run by Kanbawza Bank ( KBZ Bank ) and one of the most popular mobile wallet app in Myanmar. But now most of the KBZ pay customers are facing account termination issue by Central Bank of Myanmar handled by Myanmar Junta.
KBZ Pay accounts are randomly terminated without user fault and the main issue is the bank didn’t return money to their KBZ Pay customers.
According to the statement by the Central Bank of Myanmar, if the registered sim card owner name and KBZ Pay account owner name is different, they will terminate the KBZ Pay account.
But now most of KBZ Pay account owner are facing their account lost even the registered sim card owner name and KBZ Pay account name in same.
There is one big issue declared by Central Bank of Myanmar handled by Myanmar Junta. Even the KBZ Pay account owner information is right, they have right to terminate KBZ Pay account if they suspect the transaction.
So many online retailer and shop owners’ KBZ Pay accounts are randomly terminated by the bank and the bank didn’t return the money in the KBZ Pay mobile wallet app.
Now the airlines and most of retailers do not accept transaction with KBZ Pay app due to random account termination issues.
